Once the design is completed it is important to ensure the‘Building Control’ side of your project is managed. These will include such areas as:

• Building Control compliance
• Party Wall Agreements
• Structural Calculations
• Local Water Authority Build Over Agreements

To ensure the Build Stage runs easily as possible, dS7 manages these elements for you, keeping you informed, and to ensure that all of the related paperwork is completed and submitted for approval. Your finished works to be signed off by an approved ‘Building Control Officer’ or an Authorised Inspector.
